Because Daberni.ai is not a direct service provider, we do not control the terms of service delivery, payment collection, or refund issuance between customers and service providers. Each service provider sets their own cancellation terms, and it is the responsibility of both customers and providers to review and understand how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds apply to their specific transactions.

This policy establishes general guidelines for fair use and professionalism across the Daberni.ai platform.

2. Customer Cancellations

If you have booked a service through Daberni.ai:

•Contact the service provider directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

•Review the service provider's specific cancellation and refund terms (for example, cancellation windows, fees, or non-refundable deposits) before booking.

If the service provider has not clearly stated a policy, the following general rules apply:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time are typically accepted without penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit, at the provider’s discretion.

No-shows (failure to appear or respond at the scheduled time) may be charged the full service amount.

3. Service Provider Cancellations

If a service provider cancels a confirmed appointment:

•The customer should be notified as soon as possible.

•The service provider is responsible for rescheduling the appointment or issuing a refund if payment has been made.

•Repeated cancellations by a service provider may result in account suspension or removal from the Daberni.ai platform.

4. Missed Appointments and No-Shows

•Customers who fail to cancel or show up for a booked service may be charged the full quoted amount.

•Service providers who fail to appear for a confirmed appointment may face account review, suspension, or removal from the platform.

5. Modifications or Rescheduling

•Customers and service providers are encouraged to communicate directly to reschedule appointments.

•Repeated or last-minute rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation at the provider’s discretion.

6. Technical or Platform-Related Cancellations

If a booking or transaction is canceled due to a technical error, website issue, or system failure on Daberni.ai:

•We will make every effort to help reschedule or restore the booking.

•If a payment was processed through our platform, Daberni.ai will ensure the customer is not charged or will issue a full refund (see Refund Policy).

We may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Daberni.ai after such updates means you accept the revised policy.
